* Maximum measured concentrations depended on the length of time the water remained stagnant in the PEX line. Longer periods of stagnation resulted in higher readings and lower periods of stagnation resulted in lower readings. Dr. Fox is a chemical expert, with extensive experience in OSHA chemical regulations and chemical safety. He also has extensive knowledge and considerable field data concerning cross-linked polyethylene tubing (PEX). |
